The mining of iron ore and steel ore are the major resources used to promote a healthy economy in Sweden. These products are sent to industries that turn the metals into items used every day. In fact, they use so much of the metals in Sweden that they have to import more iron and steel. They also produce gold and silver that are both very valuable. They do not sell the gold and silver. They have about 31 billion dollars in gold reserves.~Kevin
